Cloud art

Updated: Jan 31, 2022

A favorite activity of mine is to find figures or pictures in the clouds. It is fun to see an object or figure and then watch it change into something completely different as the cloud moves around. Starting when I was 4 years old, my mother could often find me outside laying in the grass staring at the cloud filled sky, delighting my imagination with all sorts of figures. As the years progress, I continue to have the same happy experience when viewing the clouds. If I am with someone, it is fun to hear the different ways we may see the clouds. Exclamations abound of what we personally see, which may be something unexpected. I also find faces and figures in trees. There is a tree outside our bedroom window in which I see a long face looking south. In many ways it has been comforting for me to see it over the years as I feel like it is guarding our home. Hidden pictures can be found everywhere...rocks, slabs of stone, all aspects of nature. May you find your own hidden pictures.
